Description

Huerto de la Condesa is located within the old Heredad de Nuestra Señora de los Dolores estate, which owes its construction to the Countess of Guadalevín, Doña Carmen Ábela García (1849-1924), an important figure of the bourgeoisie of the city of Ronda. The Huerto de la Condesa vineyard is located in the valley of the Guadalcobacín River on sandy-clay soils, with good drainage capacity. The farm is crossed by a small stream that divides it in two, with its walnut trees, poplars, hawthorns, quinces and osiers.

We work with Mediterranean varieties, Garnacha and Syrah, perfectly adapted to the climate of Ronda. Thinning and green pruning are carried out every year in order to improve the quality of the clusters.

La Capuchina Winery is located in the north of the province of Malaga, about 14 km from the municipality of Mollina. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and almond trees, it is located within the facilities of the century-old farmhouse that once belonged to the Order of Capuchin monks to whom it owes its name.

In Araboka PLAZA, the Bar with the kitchen seen in the entrance hall stands out; delicious sausages, fish, shellfish such as white shrimp or oysters. Seasonal vegetables or their classics make appetizing starters. Grilled fish and meats open a delicious range of main dishes, from Iberian Pork to Almadraba Red Tuna, Wild Atlantic Sea Bass, meats such as the Vaca Vieja T-bone steak or beef tenderloin. Cuchara’s dishes focus on classic traditional recipes and are offered according to the best catch from the capital’s markets.
The wine chapter is also spectacular where Antonio Fernández and his room managers reveal the treasures contained in his cellar in its 5 private rooms and large terrace. Wide range of local labels and presence of practically all national designations of origin. And you can always find interesting wines at affordable prices for all budgets.
